Project Manager, Linguistic Intelligence - AI Data Service Operations

This position is part of the AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team, which provides safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for TikTok's international products, helping build data ecological security across products.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end projects related to content labeling and data annotation.
• Operate content labeling projects, negotiate with the content strategy team, and drive the implementation and execution of requirements.
• Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination and subsequent work.
• Understand the implementation of frontline labeling teams and work with the demand side to develop and optimize labeling guidelines and SOPs.
• Conduct quality management, progress management and risk management through data analysis.
• Continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions.
