Responsibilities
Assisting clients in Level 1 technical queries
Coordinating between Clients, Technician and Sales personal regarding Technical Services arrangements
To perform day to day Service report data entry
Monitor Technical and Service documentation
Assisting on-site Technician in parts and availability and ordering
Recording incoming and outgoing stock data
Coordinate between warehouse and office administrators regarding Service billings
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM / âOâ Level
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Internet savvy
Excellent communication skills
Good at recording details
Responsible and self-discipline
