Responsibilities

• Processing of internal and external purchase requisition.
• Credit Limit to confirm.
• Sales Order, Receiving, Post shipment, Invoicing.
• Matching Purchase order against Invoice.
• Filing Sales invoice according to Job Numbers.
• Run reports from company system.
• Tracks operational responsibilities.
• Monitors and maintains project and delivery schedule.
• Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure all work is carry out and being completed to the highest standard of quality.
