- Position : Partnerships Specialist (Remote)
- Employment Type : Permanent
- Salary Range : Up to MYR 6,000
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (SGT)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Reach Out to Partners : Proactively research and initiate contact with influencers, media outlets, brands, and organisations to explore collaboration opportunities.Develop and Maintain Relationships : Build strong, long‑term partnerships with influencers, media contacts, brands, and organisational partners to support mutual growth.Coordinate Collaborative Campaigns : Plan and execute joint initiatives such as influencer marketing, media coverage, co‑branded campaigns, and affiliate promotions.Negotiate Partnership Agreements : Lead negotiations and formalise agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and favourable terms.Manage Communication and Follow‑Ups : Serve as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring timely communication, tracking deliverables, and following up to maintain progress.Budget Management : Develop and monitor budgets for partnership programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with financial guidelines.Invoice Verification and Processing : Review, verify, and process invoices from partners and vendors accurately and timely.Affiliate Partnership Oversight : Manage and grow affiliate networks, track performance metrics, optimise campaigns, and ensure effective program execution.Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, operations, and legal teams to coordinate partnership activities and resolve any issues.Monitor and Report Performance : Track partnership outcomes against KPIs, analyse results, and prepare reports for senior management to guide strategy.Stay Informed on Industry Trends : Keep up‑to‑date with trends in influencer marketing, media relations, affiliate programs, and industry‑specific partnership opportunities.Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, partnership management, digital marketing, PR, or business development.Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with excellent organisational and project management abilities.Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative mindset.Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.Genuine passion for marketing and business, with a strong desire to learn and grow.Independent learner with ambition, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm for challenges.Effective team player capable of engaging with colleagues at all levels.Open‑minded and confident in asking questions to seek clarity and drive improvement.Seniority level
