Construction Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Construction Site Supervisor to lead construction activities on site. The successful candidate will coordinate with the site surveying team, understand relevant drawings and procedures, and manage material delivery in compliance with project requirements. Responsibilities include : Leading construction activities on site. Coordinating with the site surveying team on survey control matters. Understanding relevant drawings, working procedures, and requirements. Planning, managing, and delivering materials according to project design, criteria, and contract procedures. Preparing processing checklists for quality control plans. Assisting the Project Manager with technical demonstrations. Monitoring contractual matters and compiling relevant technical and site documents. Participating in quality issue investigations and corrective actions. Assisting in preparing progress reports by collecting and summarizing information. Maintaining control of all relevant documentation. Preparing and submitting reports to the Project Manager or Team Lead. Attending and preparing for relevant meetings. Interacting with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and government agencies as required. Assisting with pre- and post-contract administration. Implementing company policies, procedures, and instructions as per QMS and PQP. Performing any other duties delegated by management. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with site supervision or design experience. Registered with BEM. Certified Construction Site Supervisor (CSS) under CIDB. Familiar with relevant standard requirements. Proficient in technical proposal and method statement writing.
