We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative with a strong hunter mindset to accelerate EasyStore’s growth. You’ll be at the frontline of our expansion, identifying potential merchants, creating opportunities, and converting them into long‑term customers.

About the Role
EasyStore is on a mission to empower merchants with unified commerce solutions that simplify operations and enhance customer experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our merchant base across untapped retail and eCommerce markets, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting, product demos, and consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound channels – calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow‑ups and high conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities in untapped retail and eCommerce markets and approach potential merchants with tailored solutions.
- Conduct persuasive product demos and consultations with business owners and decision‑makers.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to refine sales campaigns and messaging.
- Track daily activities, opportunities, and performance through our CRM system.
- Stay updated on retail, SaaS, and eCommerce trends to effectively position EasyStore’s unified commerce solution.
Job Requirements
1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS, eCommerce, POS, or fintech.Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Able to communicate in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a strong bonus.A true hunter — persistent, proactive, and motivated to win new business.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects at once.#J-18808-Ljbffr
