Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing innovative and engaging livestream concepts that align with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Oversee the setup and optimization of audience interaction tools to enhance real-time viewer engagement and drive participation during livestreams.
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling and planning of livestream sessions, ensuring timely coordination with all stakeholders
- Coordinate and ensure all livestream equipment, platforms, and systems are tested and functioning optimally before and during broadcasts
- Conduct and manage livestream rehearsals, making real-time adjustments to improve delivery, transitions, and flow.
- Work closely with related stakeholders to ensure the layouts, and visuals are consistently applied across livestream content.
- Plan and execute post-livestream content distribution strategies across digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Draft, edit, and finalize livestream scripts, talking points, and product highlights to support smooth and confident delivery by hosts.
- Oversee the full execution of livestream events, ensuring seamless coordination of all logistics, resources, and personnel involved.
- Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise before or during livestream to minimize disruptions and ensure broadcast quality.
- Provide clear instructions and support to live hosts to ensure everyone is aligned their roles during livestream.
- Monitor livestream quality in real-time and post-event to ensure content, audio-visual elements, and delivery meet brand and production standards.
- Actively drive and manage customer engagement during livestreams to boost interaction, retention, and conversion.
- Oversee the editing process of livestream content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, objectives, and platform requirement.
- Analyze livestream performance metrics and audience behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance future sessions.
- Review and provide input on all promotional materials and campaigns related to livestream events to ensure consistency and effectiveness in driving traffic and engagement.
- Lead post-mortem reviews after each livestream to evaluate outcomes, gather team feedback, and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in communications and related fieldMinimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience (Livestreaming)Experience with 1-2 years in social commerce is an added advantageProficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Power PointSales-Driven MindsetExperience with Livestream softwareExperience in managing end-to-end livestream setup and execution on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokExperience with Social Commerce is an added advantageExperience with Broadcasting or Digital Media is an added advantageFamiliarity with video editing software such as CapCut, Canva, etc is an added advantageJob Type : Full-time
