Job descriptionDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcasting, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields. Experience in livestream operation, video production, or e-commerce platforms preferred. Familiar with livestream platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, YouTube, Facebook Live). Technical proficiency in livestream tools / software and basic troubleshooting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, live production environments. Team player with good communication skills and a proactive mindset. About Us

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate livestream equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, software, and streaming platforms).
- Ensure smooth technical execution of livestream sessions, including testing connections, monitoring audio / video quality, and troubleshooting in real-time.
- Assist hosts / talents during livestreams, providing technical and operational support.
- Manage livestream back-end operations such as product uploads, price adjustments, vouchers, and on-screen interactions.
- Track livestream performance data (viewership, engagement, sales conversions) and provide reports for optimization.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and e-commerce teams to enhance livestream strategies and improve audience engagement.
- Maintain and organize livestream equipment, ensuring availability and good working condition.
