Field Service Technician (Kuala Selangor)
The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Auto Car Wash Machines at customer sites. They ensure machines operate effectively, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to service excellence by adhering to SLA targets. Technicians are classified into four levels based on their experience and skills, with clear growth paths. Daily reporting via the system is mandatory, and tasks are assigned through a ticketing system monitored by the Customer Service Team.

Requirements
Diploma or technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred.Hands‑on experience with automotive, machinery, or car wash equipment is an advantage.Willingness to learn and grow technically.Good problem‑solving and communication abilities.Physical ability to work on‑site, including standing, bending, lifting parts, and working in wet environments.Valid driver’s license (preferred).Working Experience
