Note : This opportunity is open to Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid working rights in Malaysia. We are seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates; familiarity with other Mandarin dialects (Hokkien, Cantonese, Hakka) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and / or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
• Serve as an advocate for the user community
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for role development
• Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to help keep communities safe
