Job Responsibility
- Lead and coach a team of customer service reps to deliver excellent support
- Monitor performance, handle escalations, and ensure KPIs / SLAs are met
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and team meetings
- Collaborate with QA, training, and operations teams for process improvement
