  • Tech-savvy and adaptable – comfortable using booking systems and managing patient records
  • Previous experience in customer service or healthcare / beauty

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with a professional, warm, and engaging approach
  • Manage appointments and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with efficiency and accuracy
  • Guide patients through treatment options and payment solutions, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable
  • Coordinate financial plans and payment options, helping patients find the best solutions for their needs
  • Handle patient records and CRM system updates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Work closely with the dental team to create a seamless patient experience
  • Ensure a welcoming, high-end clinic environment that reflects our premium services
