Key Responsibilities

Provide education counselling and placement advice to prospective students and parents (in-person, online, or via WhatsApp).

Assist students in choosing the right course and institution based on their goals and budget.

Manage and process student applications , follow up on documents, and ensure smooth admission procedures.

Maintain and update scholarship information on the platform.

Coordinate with schools and universities locally and internationally.

Participate in education fairs, school talks, and promotional events to attract new students.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Education, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) — essential for communicating with Chinese speaking clients.

Friendly personality with excellent communication and people skills .

Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
