Role Overview
Your job is to understand the needs of individual families and help them recognize that there is no better time to start educating their children the right way. The Fairview IB programme is the best IB programme in Malaysia and will provide their child with the right tools to thrive in today’s rapidly changing world.
Your role is to help families overcome hesitations about traditional education systems, showing that the world has moved on and that their children need a different kind of education to succeed in a future that looks very different from today.
Key Responsibilities
- Junior Enrollment Counsellor :
- Business Development : Identify new sales opportunities to drive student enrollment.
- Client Engagement : Build relationships with prospective families and guide them towards understanding why Fairview is the best educational solution for their children.
- Client Retention : Maintain strong relationships with families after enrollment to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research : Stay informed about market trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration : Work with marketing and admissions teams to align sales strategies with school objectives.
- Performance Tracking : Assist in monitoring sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Senior Enrollment Counsellor :
- Sales Leadership : Lead sales efforts by identifying and pursuing major opportunities to increase enrollment.
- Client Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with families and ensure their children stay enrolled.
- Client Retention : Maintain post-enrollment relationships with families, providing ongoing support.
- Strategic Planning : Create and implement sales strategies that align with growth goals.
- Market Analysis : Research market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to stay ahead.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and other departments to drive sales initiatives.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor key sales metrics, refine strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
What We’re Looking For
Junior Enrollment Counsellor :Education & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 1-2 years of sales experience.Driven Communicator : Strong communication skills to connect with clients effectively.Eager to Learn : Adaptable and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment.Ability to Connect : Able to identify client needs and connect them to the Fairview solution.Language Skills : Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus / Preferred).Senior Enrollment Counsellor :Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in education or related sectors.Proven Track Record : Successful history in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to Connect : Quickly understand client needs and align them with the Fairview solution.Strategic Mindset : Capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies.Tech-Savvy : Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written English (Mandarin is a plus / Preferred).Perks and Benefits
