Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Representative / Executive to join our growing Specialty Pharmaceutical Division.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospital-based sales environment and is keen to make a difference in specialty care across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote assigned specialty and rare disease products to government and private hospitals .
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with specialists, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) .
- Execute territory management plan , conduct hospital visits, and deliver impactful product presentations.
- Work closely for educational events and product workshops .
- Provide market insights and competitor updates to drive business strategy.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications
Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related discipline.Preferably 1–3 years of experience in hospital or specialty pharmaceutical sales (rare diseases, hematology, oncology, or endocrinology preferred).Fresh graduates with strong interest in healthcare sales are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and result-oriented.Willing to travel outstation when required (travel allowance provided).Possess own transport and valid driving license.#J-18808-Ljbffr
