Technical Consultant - Axway API Application Design

Job descriptionArchitect, design, and implement integration and API solutions using Axway API Manage IBM Integration Bus (IIB / ESB) and MuleSoft ESB platforms. Design API‑led connectivity, message flows, and service orchestration aligned with enterprise integration standards. Lead or contribute to solution design sessions, technical reviews, and architecture validation discussions. Provide technical consultation and governance across multiple integration projects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI / CD automation, environment management, and deployment optimization. Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, facilitating sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and cross‑team coordination. Contribute to organizational change management (OCM) initiatives by guiding teams through new technology adoption and process improvements. Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and performance tuning across integration platforms. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements, particularly in banking and financial systems. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with business goals. Prepare and present technical documentation, design artifacts, and progress reports to internal and client stakeholders.
