Job descriptionReview construction plans and verify accuracy of Bill of Quantities (BQ). Ensure quantities in the BQ match the project drawings. Assist in preparing quotations within set deadlines. Interpret and understand construction drawings thoroughly. Evaluate maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness. Coordinate and communicate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Medical Claim Annual leave Medical and Hospitalisation Leave Annual Leave EPF / SOCSO / PCB
Requirements
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must have own transport.
- Willing to travel to project sites as needed
