Requirements

  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

  • Review construction plans and verify accuracy of Bill of Quantities (BQ).
  • Ensure quantities in the BQ match the project drawings.
  • Assist in preparing quotations within set deadlines.
  • Interpret and understand construction drawings thoroughly.
  • Evaluate maintenance, material costs, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and communicate with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
