We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive (Accounting & Finance) to join our dynamic team at ALFA Soundscape & Design Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations and reporting for the company, contributing to its continued growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, such as profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Performing month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Handling tax-related tasks, such as GST / SST filing and reporting
• Providing support for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required
• Continuously improving financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy
