Project Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing customer information, sales / order administration, and client relationships.
• Initiate new projects and manage them from the development / initialization stage through to final production; identify potential crises and develop contingency plans.
• Advocate for customer needs within organization and represent organization needs and interests to the customer. Translate these needs into actions that meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals while creating mutual benefits for the company.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, costing, finance, and legal—to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability by establishing clear financial objectives for each customer. Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to proactively manage customer P&L and ensure financial targets are achieved.
• Coordinate customer visits and participate in customer audits when necessary.
• Prepare and present quarterly cost and business reviews to the customer.
