Support international marketing strategies to grow patient volume and enhance the hospital’s brand, focusing on the Indonesia market.
Handle overseas patient enquiries, appointment bookings, visa support, and post-treatment follow-ups.
Coordinate medication delivery and medical report submission for patients after returning home.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral agents, insurers, and partners.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities in regional markets.
Represent the hospital at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen market presence.
Identify new business opportunities and track competitor trends to guide marketing actions.
Prepare marketing materials, reports, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless international patient experience and service quality.
Be proactive, professional, and willing to travel frequently to Indonesia to support business and patient activities.

Qualifications
Strong understanding and application of business and marketing concepts.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and / or a third language is an advantage.Strong research, presentation, and writing skills.Proficient in MS Office applications (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or other design software is an advantage).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
