Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to source, negotiate best quotation, payment term and freight term with local & overseas supplier.
  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records data in the system.
  • Ensure suppliers and vendors to meet operation schedule and lead time.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and procurement reports.
  • Follow‑up on incoming parts and quantities from supplier to full‑fill production and meet customer on‑time delivery.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience in supply chain related field (purchasing / procurement / indirect material sourcing).
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
