- Responsible to source, negotiate best quotation, payment term and freight term with local & overseas supplier.
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records data in the system.
- Ensure suppliers and vendors to meet operation schedule and lead time.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and procurement reports.
- Follow‑up on incoming parts and quantities from supplier to full‑fill production and meet customer on‑time delivery.
