We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House team. As the first point of contact for the company, the ideal candidates will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What you will do?
Front Desk
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel right at home while delivering exceptional, personalised service.
- Handle check-ins, reservations, and court bookings smoothly, keeping daily operations running like clockwork.
- Be the go-to person for guest questions about ARC's facilities, events, and services—always ready with helpful information and recommendations.
- Manage payments and retail purchases efficiently, making every transaction a breeze for guests.
- Address guest concerns with a positive approach, resolving issues promptly and looping in management when needed.
- Represent ARC with professionalism, consistently upholding company standards and policies.
- Keep the front desk, courts, and shared spaces tidy and inviting, ensuring ARC always looks its best.
Day-To-Day Court Management & On-Ground Operations
Attend to Needs : Actively manage courts during sessions, providing support such as equipment requests, refreshments, or any other customer needs.Monitor Timing : Inform the players 15 minutes prior to their booking end time about checkout options or possible extensions.Customer Service : Offer cold, scented towels as part of a luxury service when notifying players of their session end.Checkout Management : Ensure players on both courts check out on time, resetting and preparing the courts for the next bookings.Court Turnover : Swap trays (equipment, refreshments) between sessions to ensure both courts are ready for the next players.Facility Maintenance : Keep courts clean, organized, and ready for use, including sanitizing equipment between uses.Coordinate with the cafe staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.Who are we looking for?
Role is open to fresh graduates, in between jobs, full / part-timers.Open to working opening (7am) and closing (12am) shifts.Able to speak in English and Bahasa Melayu.Approach each day with a willingness to learn new skills and grow within the role.Be open to feedback, using it as an opportunity to improve and provide an even better experience for ARC's guests.Plus points for :
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to speak different languagesAdditional Information :
