Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in SAP B1 accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, ledger postings, and transaction processing.
- Manage and record accounts payable and accounts receivable accurately and on time.
- Prepare, issue, and track invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including proper documentation and filing.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal company policies and relevant accounting standards.
