Position
OTCM Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an Accounts Executive with a minimum relevant experience of two (2) years to join our office located in the Johor Bahru City Centre.
We are an established outsourcing firm providing a broad range of professional services for accounting, tax and corporate secretarial for Singapore clients. The position offers excellent growth and potential since we have a large and diversified portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and fixed assets schedule for our clients (Using Cloud-based accounting softwares).
- Preparation of GST Reports and submission of GST returns for our clients.
- Preparation of payroll for our clients.
- Preparation of corporate tax computation for our clients.
- Candidate with Xero or QBO practical experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidate able to prepare compilation report in accordance to SFRS / IFRS will have an added advantage.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Minimum two (2) years of relevant experiencefor junior positionMinimum four (4) years of relevant experiencefor seniorpositionDiploma or Degree in Accountancy from a recognized institution or equivalent (for example; ACCA).Candidates currently pursuing ACCA level 2 can apply.Candidates with working experience in an accounting firm / audit firm will have an added advantage.Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.Desire to learn, be proactive, meticulous and is a team player.Good command of English (both written and spoken).Able to work independently and under stress.Relevant experience refers to working experience in an accounting firm / audit firm.Why Join us?
