Job description

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR
  • Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, social media and other online channels.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job ads on various platforms.
  • Maintain candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
  • Prepare basic reports on recruitment progress.
  • Work closely with HR team to meet hiring needs.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
