Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR
- Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates using job platforms, LinkedIn, social media and other online channels.Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Draft and post job ads on various platforms.Maintain candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.Prepare basic reports on recruitment progress.Work closely with HR team to meet hiring needs.Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.Benefits
