What You'll Do :

Provide technical support and training on Microsoft 365 applications.

Assist in the deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions.

Create documentation and user guides for best practices.

Facilitate bilingual communication between English and Mandarin-speaking users.

Troubleshoot issues related to Office apps and cloud services.

Monitor usage metrics to enhance user experience.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft 365 products.

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Experience in IT support or training preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
