Responsibilities

• Grow the QA team and oversee their day-to-day management.
• Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best practice model for maintaining high performance.
• Localize working processes and strategies, manage labeling projects with the Quality Analysts, and provide labeling results in line with expectations.
• Provide efficient and timely data through performance management practices, and deliver reports to business teams when required.
• Be solution driven with regional and global strategy in mind, and proactively deliver these solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, lead diverse teams, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Conduct interviews and other hiring duties to grow the team with qualified individuals.
