Internship Enrollment Coordinator

As a Student Enrollment and Outreach Intern at BKS Iyengar Yogashala, you’ll be the bridge between our offerings and the people seeking a meaningful wellness journey. Your primary responsibility is to engage with leads and prospective students through calls, messages, emails, and social media — guiding them to the right classes, workshops, and courses that suit their needs.  Responsibilities : -Communicate with leads and prospective students via WhatsApp, phone, email, and Instagram DMs.   -Provide information about ongoing and upcoming yoga classes, workshops, and teacher training programs.   -Follow up with inquiries and track interest levels using CRM or spreadsheets.   -Assist with managing enrollment via our platform (e.g., Momence).   -Coordinate trial class bookings and ensure smooth onboarding of new students.   -Maintain positive relationships and timely responses to inquiries.   -Collaborate with marketing and front desk teams for student campaigns.   -Offer feedback on frequently asked questions to improve FAQs and outreach material.   [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-rishi-management-associatets-sdn-bhd-job-internship-enrollment-coordinator]

• Passion for yoga, wellness, or education-related industries.   -Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are a plus).   -Confident in WhatsApp, phone etiquette, email writing, and basic CRM tools.   -Friendly, patient, and attentive to detail.   -Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive wellness environment.
