Job descriptionA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Experience in the retail industry or a similar environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial planning models to support central planning initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide insights to enhance business operations and profitability.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial division.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
