Business Reporting Analyst - FX & CFDs Industry

Job descriptionBachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3 to 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within the finance or BPO industry. Proven ability to generate and interpret business reports across different regions. Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing business strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and business analytics is a plus. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate analytical findings clearly. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Interview with the Talent Acquisition team (up to 30 minutes) Presentation assessment HR Interview (up to 30 minutes) Final Interview (up to 45 minutes)
Overview :
In this role you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support informed decision-making for our SEA business team. It involves monitoring financial performance, forecasting future trends, and collaborating with various departments to optimize business strategies.
What will you do :
- Produce and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Provide real-time insights on business performance, challenges, and growth opportunities to senior management and regional stakeholders.
- Support local and regional teams by coordinating sales tasks and handling incoming requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth business operations.
