Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Building Technician to join our team. The role requires strong technical skills in property maintenance and a commitment to ensuring smooth operations across our units. Candidates must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning issues

Fix plumbing problems including odour, leaks, and clogged drains

Handle basic electrical and wiring tasks

Repair furniture, doors, locks, and fittings

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks

Respond promptly to guest complaints or urgent repairs

Organize storeroom and manage tools and supplies

Maintain task reports and updates via mobile apps

Requirements

1–2 years experience in property, hotel, or apartment maintenance

Hands‑on skills in air‑conditioning, plumbing, electrical & furniture repairs

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Responsible, independent, and reliable

Valid driving licence with ability to travel between sites

Comfortable using WhatsApp or task‑tracking apps
