Technician, Facilities Maintenance

Requirements

Support the organization within every area facilities maintenance towards shopping mall business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system : FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.
• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Electrical safety awareness / prevention.
• Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.
