We are looking for a resourceful and execution-focused Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual presentation skills anda keen interest in fintech and digital innovation. You’ll contribute directly to the execution of campaigns, brand activations, and events—supporting dtcpay’s position as a leading player in thedigital payments space What You’ll Do :

Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. Develop and refine presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint for pitches, internal communication, and events. Collaborate with designers and stakeholders using Figma, Adobe Illustrator to produce branded marketing materials and visual assets. Support the marketing team in organizing and executing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and corporate activations. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support campaign planning. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing outputs. Explore and apply AI tools to enhance efficiency in design, asset creation, or campaign analysis. What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or related role. Strong proficiency in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Figma and Adobe Illustrator. Graphic design skill is an added advantage. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Interest or experience in fintech, digital payments, or blockchain technology is a plus.
