Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing / Food Technology or equivalent. Preferably fluent in Mandarin . At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) : Persuasive, determined, dedicated, driven, hungry for success and extremely hard working.
Overview
Overall Duties : Responsible for managing social media marketing, creating promotional materials, handling customer leads, coordinating exhibitions, developing product content, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into sales.
Job Description
- Social Media Marketing - Plan, create, and manage content and run advertisements for company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, corporate website, etc.). Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow online presence.
- Marketing Collateral Development - Content Creator & Create and manage POSM and other promotional tools.
- Lead Management & Customer Engagement - Follow up with leads from social media promptly, providing professional and friendly customer service.
