Job Responsibilities
- Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams to manage demand and production schedules.
- Prepare, review, and update customer forecasts and orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor supply chain activities to minimize shortages, delays, or excess inventory.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Generate and analyze planning reports to support decision‑making.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the SCM department.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and customers.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and good problem‑solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other planning tools will be an added advantage.Salary Range : RM 3,000 - 3,500
