Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Monitor production progress and highlight any delays or issues to management.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and materials usage.
- Assist in forecasting production requirements to optimize resource allocation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning process.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.Strong organizational and time management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or production planning systems is a plus.Salary Range : RM 3,000 - 3,500
