Intern, Marketing Operations

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, organized, and has an eye for detail. Someone who has great communication and interpersonal skills is key for this role. As an Intern, Marketing Operations, you will be based out of our office in Wisma Tune, Damansara Heights. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Manager, Marketing Operations Planner.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities.

As part of the Marketing Operations team, You will be the driver and lynchpin of all marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our marketing operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role will play a crucial part in streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and other departments, as well as between regional and country-level marketing teams. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to :

Project Support and Coordination

• Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows, events, activations, and video / photo shoots, ensuring tasks align with business objectives.
• Help with logistical coordination and execution by supporting teams, vendors, and international partners.

Process Support

Vendor Coordination (Merchandising / Events)

Campaign Assistance

Operational Support

Cross-Functional Collaboration
