At Alpro Pharmacy , we\'re looking for a Customer Engagement & Campaign Manager to turn strategies into structured, repeatable wins. This role sits at the intersection of data, community, and action .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run customer activation & retention campaigns (digital & physical)
• Manage WhatsApp community engagement & campaign workflows
• Collaborate with marketing, pharmacy & nutrition teams to bring ideas to life
• Use simple dashboards to identify opportunities (e.g. revisit rate, segment response)
• Prepare weekly updates, timelines & mini reports — clear, visual, structured
• Be reachable, agile, and able to juggle multiple tasks across teams
