Job Description :

Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved.
To identify and pursue new business opportunities in order to expand product listings and increase account revenue.
To review, assess and make recommendations for improvement on the product, service and policy by monitoring competition from current marketplace.
To ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotion is done according to the company standard.
Track and analyze customer purchasing trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional deals.
Meeting with customers virtually and providing good service to solve problems for customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, suggestion, and complaints.
Provide proactive after-sales support and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
To establish and maintain customers in order to enhance sales volume and business growth.
Demonstrating and presenting company products to potential customers.
To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in key account management for executive position and at least 5 years of working experience in key account management for manager position.

Preferably candidates with experience in key account management, especially in the FMCG industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting

Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.

Willing to travel locally or regionally as needed.

Applicant must be willing to work at Rawang, Selangor.
