Job Description :

  • Involving in development and implementation of sales strategies so that the sales target can be achieved.
  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities in order to expand product listings and increase account revenue.
  • To review, assess and make recommendations for improvement on the product, service and policy by monitoring competition from current marketplace.
  • To ensure the execution of product, distribution, visibility, pricing, promotion is done according to the company standard.
  • Track and analyze customer purchasing trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional deals.
  • Meeting with customers virtually and providing good service to solve problems for customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, suggestion, and complaints.
  • Provide proactive after-sales support and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • To establish and maintain customers in order to enhance sales volume and business growth.
  • Demonstrating and presenting company products to potential customers.
  • To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in key account management for executive position and at least 5 years of working experience in key account management for manager position.
  • Preferably candidates with experience in key account management, especially in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willing to travel locally or regionally as needed.
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Rawang, Selangor.
