About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our Johor Bahru office . This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who enjoys supporting business operations, coordinating across teams, and contributing to a fast-paced, professional environment.
You will be responsible for managing daily administrative functions, supporting HR-related activities, handling procurement and vendor matters, and assisting with project coordination. The position offers opportunities to work closely with regional teams and participate in various cross-border initiatives.
Candidates with experience in administration and exposure to social media marketing will be highly regarded. Applicants from East Malaysia are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to management and staff.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and office documentation efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, staff claims, and general HR administration.
General & Project Support
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.Assist with ad-hoc assignments, company events, and special projects as directed by management.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and effective communication.Provide administrative support for marketing or social media initiatives when required.Requirements & Skills
Proactive, organized, and reliable individual with strong attention to detail.Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well with colleagues across departments.Positive work attitude and a collaborative mindset.Ability to handle administrative duties with professionalism and discretion.Education & Experience
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing , or a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative or office support roles.Prior exposure to HR-related tasks and social media marketing is an advantage.Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools will be an added advantage.Comfortable with digital filing, scheduling tools, and basic reporting tasks.Core Skills
