Responsibilities :
To handling customer inquires & provide solutions to all customer related problems.Providing high quality of customer service via Live Chat support.To be constantly guided by company's service standards.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesHandle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsRequirement :
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalentAble to read & write in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an added advantage but not essential.Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel / Word etc).Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectivelyAble to work in Rotational Shift (Rotational Off day, 6 days work per week, 8 hours per day)What We Offer :
