• About the Role
• A UEM Automation engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline and improve end-user workflows and processes.

This role focuses on creating automated systems and scripts that reduce manual effort, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall user experience. The engineer collaborates with various teams, analyzes user needs, and develops solutions using a variety of tools and technologies.##

Developing and implementing automation scripts and workflows to streamline end-user processes and tasks, such as report generation, or system configuration.##

Creating and maintaining reusable automation frameworks and libraries to support various automation needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reusability.##

Identifying and resolving issues within automation scripts and frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.##

Working closely with end-users, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for automation solutions.##

Ensuring the quality and effectiveness of automation solutions through rigorous testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.##

Creating clear and concise documentation for automated processes and providing training to end-users on how to use and maintain the automated systems.##

Continuously researching and evaluating new technologies and tools for automation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), low-code platforms, and scripting languages.##

Monitoring the performance of automated systems, identifying areas for improvement, and generating reports on the effectiveness of automation initiatives.##
