Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor located in Petaling. The Junior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, planning expenditures, and reporting costs. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting with budget management, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Qualifications Skills in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) Proficiency in Cost Reporting Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with relevant software and tools Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus Seniority level : Entry level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Management and Manufacturing Industries : Design
