We are seeking a proactive Talent Development & Performance to support the company’s people growth initiatives, including training, performance management, and employee engagement . This role is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah , and offers an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who want to gain hands‑on experience in L&D, KPI tracking, and rewards programs within a structured and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with HODs and managers.
• Coordinate in-house and external training programs .
• Handle HRD Corp (HRDF) submissions, claims and compliance.
• Evaluate post‑training feedback and maintain training records.
• Promote a continuous learning culture among employees.
• Assist in designing and tracking KPIs aligned with company objectives.
• Support implementation of the OGSM framework (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures).
• Prepare KPI and performance reports for management review.
• Coordinate employee recognition, reward and celebration programs .
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Gather feedback and propose ideas to improve morale and retention.
• Maintain employee development records and profiles.
• Support succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
• Assist in organizing coaching and mentoring sessions .
