Web Designer & Developer (George Town Penang)

About the Role We’re looking for a talented Web Designer & Developer to join our creative team in Penang . The ideal candidate combines strong design aesthetics with technical expertise in front‑end development and WordPress customization. You’ll be responsible for crafting responsive, visually appealing, and high‑performing websites that deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites using Bootstrap Studio or similar tools.
Customize WordPress themes and build dynamic layouts using the Elementor plugin.
Convert Adobe Illustrator or Figma mockups into fully functional, responsive websites.
Integrate forms, APIs, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to enhance functionality.
Implement Meta & Google tracking pixels for analytics and marketing optimization.
Optimize websites for speed, SEO , and cross-browser compatibility .
Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience in web design and front‑end development .

Proficient in Bootstrap Studio (or similar design / development tools).

Skilled in WordPress customization and Elementor (including custom templates).

Experience translating Figma / Illustrator designs into live websites.

Familiar with API integration , forms , and automation workflows .

Able to implement Google & Meta tracking pixels for analytics.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and basic PHP for WordPress.

Strong grasp of UI / UX principles and SEO best practices .

Creative, detail‑oriented, and capable of problem‑solving independently.
