Role Overview
The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across various platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer loyalty. This role involves creating written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original and creative content for a variety of channels, included but not limited to social media updates, articles, videos, infographics, podcast, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
- Must be able to conceptualize creative ideas, develop thematic directions, and style all videography / photography work.
- Lead full end to end video production process, identify key scenes, timeline, scripting, thumbnail and post-production.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platform.
- Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to inform future content strategies and improvements.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Work closely with other team members to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables when needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related fieldExperience of at least three (3) years in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social media managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills with problem-solving acumenExpertise in social media platforms (like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) as well as SharePoint onlineCreative, communicative, possess a great feel for trends and a great affinity for advertisement and social mediaAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks with easeRequired Skills
